How much are delivery and assembly charges?
One delivery trip to anywhere in mainland Singapore
costs $50 onwards. For assembly services,
basic assembly will cost you 6% of the retail price
of the item that needs assembly.

How many days can I store items that are meant for delivery?
We can offer complimentary (FOC) storage for your purchased items from IKEA Alexandra and IKEA Tampines for the first 7
days, and a $5 fee will be charged daily for subsequent
days.

6.
What are the terms and conditions for returning items?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any
reason, bring it back unassembled with the original
packaging and your receipt within 100 days for an exchange
or refund. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on cut fabric & blinds, goods damaged after leaving the IKEA store except due to manufacturing defaults, items on sale, products from the AS-IS corner, bed linen, and items made to your specific requirements such as kitchens.

Why are items sometimes out of stock?
Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items
shown in the catalogue and the showroom, but due to popularity
and supply issues, some products may not always be available.
Generally, we can estimate when a product should be back
in stock. Because IKEA products are manufactured throughout
the world, there are sometimes circumstances which can
cause delivery delays.

Why isn't Halal food served at the IKEA Restaurant?
The IKEA restaurant is a franchise outlet and to be in
line with the concept, we have to sell ready-made Swedish
meatballs, which is made with a combination of beef and
pork. So even though our cooking is done with no pork
or lard, we will not be able to apply for a Halal certificate
from MUIS. However, the IKEA Tampines Restaurant has a section that serves Nasi Padang without any pork and lard.
